Az önce bilet aldım ancak ne mail adresime nede telefonuma bilet ile ilgili herhangi bir bilgi gelmedi. İptal etme ve paramı geri almak içinde herhangi bir müşteri hizmeti iletişim bilgisi yok. Korsan yazılım olmasından çekiniyorum. Umarım bir şekilde paramı geri alabilirim.
