## What is Otopark+?

Otopark+ lets you run your parking lot and car wash business professionally from a single app. Point your camera at a car and the license plate is recognized in seconds, an entry record opens automatically, and the fee is calculated on its own at exit. No more losing time typing plates by hand during rush hour.

Add a wash, a VIP wash, or any extra service to a vehicle with a single tap; service fees are folded into the total automatically. Track your monthly subscribers separately, and let the app remind you when a subscription is about to expire.

See every car inside at a glance: who entered and when, how long they have stayed, and which service they received. With daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports you can check your books from your pocket at any moment, and thanks to Bluetooth printer support you can hand your customer a receipt instantly.

Your data is backed up safely in the cloud. Even if your connection drops, the app keeps working offline and syncs on its own once you are back online. You can create users for your team with different permission levels and manage your business from anywhere.

An Otopark+ Pro subscription unlocks all premium features. Pro Monthly renews every month; Pro Yearly renews once a year and saves you up to thirty-three percent. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

### 2.4.0 — 2026-08-14

The star of this release is the new Receipt Content editor: from the printer section in Settings you now decide exactly what appears on your printed receipt. Hide the price list, toggle service items, the QR code, the comment line and your phone number, and add custom notes to the top and bottom of the receipt.

Subscriber entries and exits are now tracked, so you can see the full movement history right on the subscriber card. First-time businesses are welcomed by a new onboarding flow that gets their first vehicle added in under thirty seconds.

This update also fixes an issue where removed blacklist records could reappear, and strengthens synchronization and the in-app update infrastructure.

### 2.3.0 — 2026-07-29

This update strengthens team permissions and subscriber management. Business owners can now control each employee's access to revenue figures, income charts and the debt ledger with a single tap from the Team screen.

Tapping a subscriber card opens a new detail page with payment history, membership timeline and editable notes. Recording a payment now automatically extends the due date, and upcoming or overdue payments are instantly visible through badges and filters. You can also send a payment reminder over WhatsApp or SMS with one tap.

This release also includes security and performance improvements.

### 2.2.0 — 2026-07-26

With Otopark+ 2.2, the app now speaks your customers' language. You can run the entire experience in English, Russian, and Spanish alongside Turkish, and switch anytime from Settings.

Save your customer's phone at entry, then send an "your car is ready" message over WhatsApp or SMS with a single tap at exit, and remind subscribers about their dues. The loyalty program is live: customers earn points on every spend, and those points turn into a discount at checkout.

An AI-powered Daily Summary greets you on the home screen every morning with yesterday's revenue, your busy hours, and tailored suggestions. You can now export your detailed reports as PDF as well.

This release also includes performance improvements and minor bug fixes.
