会員証がアプリになったのは良いですが、予約のしかたが変わらないのなら、せめて会員番号などが会員証からコピぺ出来たら良いと思います。
スタンプも1,000円以上じゃないと押してもらえないのも残念で、あまりアプリのメリットが感じられません。

登録番号やら会員番号やら、どれが何に必要なのかが非常に分かりにくい。明確ならまだしも、そうできないなら番号はひとつにまとめてください。
また、予約する手順が煩雑。パスワードも記憶できない。

会員証がこのアプリ提示でOKになったのは凄く助かります。

ただ、予約は単に従来通りの予約サイトへリンクするだけ。
そのせいで会員証番号とパスワードを記憶できないのが非常に不便です。だったらChromeでいいじゃん……てなります。

スタンプもいちいちQRコードを読み取らないといけないため、会計の際バタつく上にスタッフによっては出してくれなかったりするので、自動処理などしてほしい。
