I can’t determine how to back it up

I went to OTP Auth in Settings> iCloud, but didn’t see a way
to turn on back ups for this app. How am i supposed to
Restore the info after I do a Reset/Erase on an iOS device?!

There was an error when I tried to click on the Support link in the Apple App Store. IS THIS A PROBLEM??

Response from developer

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Great news — our latest version (0.4.0) now fully supports iCloud Sync and encrypted backup/restore. Here's how to back up your accounts: 1. Open OTP Auth > Settings > turn on "iCloud Sync" 2. Set a sync password — your accounts will sync automatically across all devices with the same Apple ID You can also manually export an encrypted backup: Settings > Export Data, choose a password, and save to Files or iCloud Drive. We recommend both before any device reset. We've also updated the support link. Thanks for your patience, and we hope you'll give the new version a try!
