2 месяца подряд пыталась оплатить рассрочку, но операции не выполнялись, тем самым система данного банка не давала оплатить мне в срок. А самое забавное, что операция моего платежа не проходила  в течении 3-х дней!  Пыталась связаться с поддержкой или операторами банка, но никого толкового  ответа не получила. Хочу закрыть рассрочку в этом банке и никогда больше им не пользоваться !

Блокирует счета. Поддержка нулевая, комиссии конские. Даром что не под санкциями :(

Обманывают. При выдаче кредита всю сумму переплаты считают в первые месяцы регулярных платежей, погашение основного долга идет мизерное (сотни рублей). Лучше взять кредит в другом банке и заранее уточнить эти моменты.

Максимально неудобное приложение для пользователя, чтобы совершить простые действия, иной раз приходилось поискать как это сделать. Многие действия неочевидны. Благо поддержка отвечает быстро и можно было уточнить.

Оформил карту для получения промокода на вб
По итогу скидывают ответственность на РАФИНАД,мол не имеют отношения к этому
Рафинад ЕСТЕСТВЕННО,будет кидать в игнор до талого пока не зае**шь их смс на почту по 50 штук в день
Далее скидывают не существующие промокоды
Итог:репутация банка на нуле,условия не соблюдены(кстати эти не существующие промокоды я ждал более 70 дней)
