네오플OTP를 사용하는 게임에서 일련번호와 OTP인증번호를 등록하여 가입합니다.
OTP인증번호 확인방법은 앱을 실행하면 번호가 생성되며 숫자 8자리로 구성되어 있습니다. OTP인증번호는 30초마다 자동 갱신됩니다.

걍 쓰레기같은 앱; 업뎃 이후로 접속이 안되어서 삭제했다 다시 깔아야 하고 그에 관한 문의내용은 없어서 어케 해결할지도 모르고 해제하려니 엄마 아이디라 해제도 못해서 게임도 못하는 판임; 근데 따지고 보면 접속 자체가 안되는 앱이 더 미친거 아니냐고;;

던파 OTP 창 나오고 앱을 실행해서 핀번호 그대로 옮겨 적어도 인증 실패가 계속 나오는것 같아요 .. 시간 동기화 접속할때마다 눌러야하는 번거로움이 있는것같아요 픽스봄 해주세요 ㅜㅜㅜ

오티피 처음 화면에 뜬 숫자 입력시 오티피 실패하고 뜸 ( 제가 잘못친거 아님 )

otp를 닫기후 새로 켤때마다 새번호를 부여받았던 이전과 달리 업뎃후 앱종료를 안하면 이전 otp번호가 남아있어서 재로그인시 제한시간을 기다려야하는 불편함이 있습니다. 
시간동기화도 앱종료전엔 백그라운드 상태에서는 무쓸모이고요. 공홈에 버그제보해도 매크로 답변만 날라오고 한심합니다.
