But you can delete old codes that doesn’t really help because they are already inactive. ### 2/5 — Too expensive *2026-05-05, version 4.0.9* There’s so many other truck diagnostic options nowadays on Amazon etc that the high price is no longer justified for this market. The Ai option is mediocre, it’s better to plug in those codes into other Ai models and often get a better explanation. ### 2/5 — Updates bring too many problems *2026-03-31, version 4.0.7* App constantly disconnects from device, can no longer clear generic codes ( like the whole command option disappeared), and forced regen is no longer consistent. Also when you are trying to find out about the codes you have the AI assistant will not work it’s very inconsistent. When it does work it asks you to do things so it can help further diagnose the issue but the things it asks you to do you don’t even have the option to in the app. 6.7 isb Cummins engine International truck. This app use to work but it seems like the update messed some things up and I don’t know if they are trying to fix it ### 2/5 — Basic code reader and overpriced *2026-01-15, version 3.0.20* Bought only becuase i read it can clear derates but it 100% does not. I rarely use it only to do force regen and read codes but you can do that with a $100 tool and no yearly subscription. Paid over $700 for this junk and regret it. The App also disconnects very often. Bad purchase. ### 3/5 — Kind of unstable *2025-06-20, version 3.0.11* I like the concept and while functional the Bluetooth connection always drops and unable to stay connected for the duration of a regen. This is somewhat annoying as it won't be able to capture an accurate history nor allow me to terminate the regen using commands. Articles state that there may be interference but I find that explanation unsatisfactory as all my other Bluetooth devices never experience this problem...ever. So what gives? Is it the hardware or the software? ### 5/5 — Best tool. *2025-03-23, version 3.0.0* This device can save your trucking career and get you back on the road instead of having to wait on someone else to do the code reading for you. Plug and play. But now I’m having big issues. First of all can’t log into my account. Gives me “authenticate” error. Called customer service and they gave me temporary log in till they fix the issue. Logged in a tried again and now it’s having issues connecting to Bluetooth device. When I finally do get it to connect it won’t do regen. I try clearing all Cummins codes and generic codes and prompts with “failed”. I feel like the app is very buggy and only works half the time in my experience. Customer service is responsive. They even call back on missed calls. But they are open 8 to 5 or something like that. I’ve had this problem for weeks now and still can’t regen or clear codes. I’m sure they’ll eventually fix it but right now I’m not happy with my experience. 3 stars only because they are responsive with issues but still can’t use it till they fix bugs ### 5/5 — Like saver *2024-10-23* Big time cash saver. Being able too force regenerative Cycle (regen) and not have to wait on dealer. OTR paid for itself and year subscription after second regen. But after updates it started working bad. First was a problem that there were only Cumins reset button and generic button disappear, and it happened in worst convenience possible, when i need to reset generic codes. Now there is generic code reset button but no Cumins reset button, especially when i need it. Starting to have a feeling that is not worth $600 per as it doesn’t work when you need it. Developers need to do something about asap, i am almost ready to give up on it. Support just keep sending me new devices, but nothing helps. Sometimes it’s working, sometimes it doesn’t. I paid another year subscription and it’s not working as it should ### 1/5 — Can manage anything , won’t work and no customer support on weekends.. *2025-12-06, version 3.0.20* All I get is that my subscription is not active, I paid 500dlls and this thing doesn’t work.. Update rejects Bluetooth connection completely your connect go back enough doesn’t want to connect you go back to Bluetooth. It’s out again and I gotta do like 10-20 times or what we’re paying for something they’re experimenting learning with our money and paying them for what ? Fix the problem that's a big issues. We can't connect the devices and we're gonna need one year free subscription. Could you start losing money? That's when you're gonna turn your head on and fix the problem because you're screwing up the customer and you still get paid you don't care about the customers all you care is the checks come in Thank God for the stupid idiots customers supporting our junk :((( ### 1/5 — Overpriced *2025-06-16, version 3.0.10* For these product is way too overpriced. It’s just doing the basic stuff reads and clears. the codes, and does force regen, it just basically saves you time to type in Google what those codes mean, that’s all it does. Life data is off. The major problem that the subscription should last for a year but after eight months, I cancel subscription that I won’t be charged for the next year and they just shut me off the app, so I no longer can use it. And it’s still too much to pay yearly subscription. ### 1/5 — 2019 KW T680 MX13 Forced Regen not activating *2025-06-06, version 3.0.8* After this last update, forced regen will not activate. 06/06/2025 update: Forced Regen activated one time after this complaint. Nothing since then. On Cascadia 21 it’s working, on Cascadia 22 - not working. ### 1/5 — Regen *2024-12-21, version 2.1.14* I don't recommend this. Used it for 3 years. Today I have given up on this device. Maybe it works well on new trucks, but not on older ones. Diagnostics do not give clear information about what exactly is wrong, only superficially and regeneration is not done completely. The price is very high, and the quality is not worth the price. Helped me a lot many times. Regens, erasing codes. Just don’t ignore reoccurring ones. Back in 2022, I had a code with the turbo actuator and erased it a couple of times and kept driving. Then actuator stopped working completely; so I had to tow it the dealer. Warranty. Recently they sent me their new version adapter because I started to have issues with connecting to the truck. Excellent service, great product!
