Dennoch ballert ihr mich jeden zweiten Tag mit Mails mit 25% Rabatt zu. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass juckt mich gar nicht mehr. In der Regel, kaufe ich ab 30-40% Rabatt ein. Da selbst der günstigste Outletpreis immer noch Marge beinhaltet. Lieber weniger Mails und dafür aussagekräftig. ### 4/5 — Versand 7€, Rückversand 7€ und Rechnung nur auf Nachfrage *2024-10-10* Versand und Rückversand kosten je 7€, weshalb sich kaufen manchmal nicht lohnt und riskant ist. Wenn man am Ende nur ein Teil behält, kann man 14€ draufrechnen und im worst case ist man 14€ für nichts los. Und zur Rechnung: In der App kann man sich keine Rechnung anzeigen lassen und in den Paketen liegt auch keine bei. Und da Preise dynamisch sind, hat man, sofern man keine Screenshots gemacht hat, keine Ahnung, wie viel man für einzelne Teile bezahlt hat… Wenn man eine Rechnung anfragt, bekommt man immer schnell und freundlich geholfen. Frage mich nur, wieso das Kunden nicht ohnehin zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das ist echt ein Manko von Otrium allgemein, nicht nur der App. Die App ist an sich klasse und die Lösung einfach in eine Webseite oder App integrierbar. ### 4/5 — Gute Marken gute Preise! *2024-07-12* Bitte in die App noch die Möglichkeit der Lieferung an Packstationen einfügen. Damit ist die App für mich leider relativ nutzlos geworden 🥲 ### 2/5 — Gute Angebote, sehr schlechter Versand *2024-05-17* Ich empfinde die Angebote auf Otrium als gut, aber beim Versand gab es bisher einige Probleme. Erst musste ich über zwei Wochen auf mein Paket warten, welches auch nur auf meine Nachfrage zu kommen schien. Das Paket selbst war vollkommen demoliert. Ob das an Otrium oder DHL liegt weiß ich allerdings natürlich nicht. Als ich eine Retour aufgeben wollte fiel mir dann auf, dass das beigelegte Etikett so bedruckt oder abgeschnitten wurde, dass ein Teil des Barcodes und der Adressen fehlt. So kann man natürlich keine Retour aufgeben. In der App gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit alternativ selbst die Retour auszudrucken oder einfach den QR Code bei der Poststelle vorzuzeigen. Also musste ich dem Otrium-Service nochmal eine Mail schicken und um ein neues Retour-Etikett bitte. Zum krönenden Abschluss darf der Kunde dann immer noch die Retour-Gebühren übernehmen, die einfach von der Rücküberweisung abgezogen werden. Das ist alles andere als ein schönes Shopping-Erlebnis. Ich werde in Zukunft so gut es geht einen Bogen um Otrium machen. Wer nicht mal ein Retour-Ticket richtig bedrucken kann und pünktlich liefert hat bei der heute hohen Konkurrenz halt schon im Ansatz verloren. Lots of choice and great deals. Now, there’s barely any choice, delivery is £9.95 and there’s a platform fee! Qualche giorno fa avevo messo nel carrello una tuta di Guess taglia 42 (ce ne erano tre). Qualche ora dopo, il tempo di ricaricare la carta per effettuare l’acquisto, non ce ne era più nessuna, mentre c’erano altre tute molto più costose. Sempre qualche giorno fa, metto nel carrello una camicia sempre di GuessChe costava 39,99 €. Oggi apro il carrello per fare l’acquisto e mi accorgo che la camicia, come l’oro o la benzina, si è rivalutata e, con la dicitura “nuovo sconto”, costa 47,99 €.
