It said 76% off..when I clicked on it, that translated to $59.99 a YEAR… I would pay maybe HALF of that for a LIFETIME pass. This is not something I would ever buy with this pricing set up. I requested apple to give me a refund and they denied it. We only used the app for maybe an hour and I believe it was within the 2 day period. Anyways a disputed the decision and it came back refused?!!! Now they are telling me I can’t dispute it once more and that I have to contact the developer. Well the developer says it’s in apples hands. I want my $135 back. This isn’t a app that will suit my sons needs and I’m a single parent…. ### 1/5 — Rip off stay away *2023-07-13* I got this app for my granddaughter who has autism to try and I was never notified that I was going to get charged. The application can’t be used on more than one device. I only put it on my phone so she could try it and then I would put it on her iPad that we are getting for her as she rarely has access to my phone and there is no warning that it can only be used on 1 device even though she is the only one that would ever use it. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. She didn’t which is fine. The issue is I was charged for the most expensive plan and when I contacted customer support for a refund they told me to go through Google play or my bank. I didn’t have to do that when they were running an unauthorized charge I’ve over $100! However, I’m very unhappy with the unauthorised $170 that was taken from my account. I wanted to pay the cheaper rate but it was too late. I’m now $170 down and a single mum so this has made life a little hard. Supposed to be a free trial. Deleting my card from apple. This is not the first time. I’m so annoyed. This is a lot of money to many us. Apple ignoring the whole situation cancelling all refund requests. No reason. No refund. Hopefully the developer will do the right thing. UPDATE. Emailing Developer doesn’t help. Its a bot that only tells you reasons why you may have been charged. But no way to get a resolution. Our youngest is homeschooled and participating in a Son-Rise program. We know he is intelligent but it is difficult to know what he knows and does not know. Also, it is challenging for him to interact for extended periods of time. Otsimo is specifically designed to help our exceptional children! It is fun & engaging - he smiles & laughs! Our son is showing us how much more he knows that what we previously believed and he has fun doing it! Otsimo is providing a wonderful education, a fun activity, and an opportunity to improve his fine motor skills! The customer service is incredible!
