## What is OtsukaConnect Rx?

Connect Rx by Otsuka was developed to support Patients who are appropriately prescribed an Otsuka product and enrolled in the Otsuka REMS Program with tracking, monitoring, and connecting with their Healthcare Professionals who are certified in the Otsuka REMS Program.

Features include:
- REMS support with single view of all patients enrolled in the Program for each HCP
- Single view of Patient Lab Results
- Appointment/Lab Reminders via email, text, or app 
- Tasks & Care Plan 
- Secure Messaging with Patients (if HCP opts to use)
- Provider & Patient Education & Tips
- Vital Tracking  Track patient vital captures from passive devices integration with Healthkit
