Ottava reduces your operation cost, optimises your staff efficiency and enhances customers' dining experience.

You will have unlimited free staff accounts syncing with Cloud in real-time.

Newly paid orders get sent to the kitchen in real-time. The optimised order screen provides chefs with essential order information, such as order size, table number and the order time. When orders are ready to serve, the waiting staff get notified in real-time.

Every waiting staff is synced with the latest order status in real-time, which helps to maximise the collaboration between your kitchen and front house and reduces customers' waiting time.

One more thing - we provide you with unlimited free staff accounts, no matter how big or small your business is.

------- Mobile Payment with Multi-Currency -------

Customers scan your QR code to order and pay directly from their mobile. The Order and Pay at table technology reduces the workload of your staff and the time customers spend at the tables checking the menu and placing orders, which again increases your table turnover rates.

In partnership with Stripe, we enable you to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many bank cards globally. In addition, you choose the currency you prefer. 

We provide you with SCA-ready (Strong Customer Authentication) payment technology on day one, so you are shielded from fraudulent payment disputes.

You can also process the refund directly on your mobile.

------- Fantastic Dining Experience -------

The quality of your menu and food always helps you stand out from your competitors. You can refresh your menus with limited-time offers and new items directly on your mobile. Every staff gets the latest menu updates in real-time. Our cloud technology allows all your staff to add or edit menus simultaneously - supercharging productivity.

You don't have to use images. We respect your choice of menu style. 

Your onboarding assistant can help you create your new menus automatically as long as you fill a menu template. We will make sure your onboarding is fast and easy.

As we are mobile-only, you won't have any hardware maintenance costs. Instead, you get all app updates and all upcoming features for free.
