It asked a long list of questions but the app didn’t even work when you finally get to it. I requested a refund immediately but Apple refused. Don’t trust this app and don’t even think Apple would get the refund for you. ### 1/5 — Otter notes *2026-01-17* I had this app for only 10 minutes and I do not like it!! Supposed to be a 3 day trial! They took $59.00 out of my account and now they say they won’t give it back??? It only does bullet points one page at a time rather than the entire meeting. Sometimes, it doesn’t even summarize. OtteNotes does a much better job of transcribing and summarizing than if I relied on my scribbled notes. One caveat: a single transcription can fill 5+GB of space on your phone.
