The old version was better because it has the option to pause an change prep time!! I really miss this feature!!

The app concept is great, but there are too many issues. We’ve had several customers calling about orders placed over two hours ago that still hadn’t arrived, which can be a major setback during peak hours. The integration with the delivery platforms seems unstable, leading to frequent missed orders.
