## What is Otto Health Coach?

Otto is a personal coach that learns how you live and suggests one
small, realistic action at the right moment.

Instead of dashboards and streaks, Otto gives you a four week cycle
with a clear physical goal, a daily plan that fits the day you are
actually having, and progression paths where every level is earned in
real sessions.

WHAT MAKES OTTO DIFFERENT

Otto knows when to stay quiet. Every suggestion respects the agreement
you set about when Otto may interrupt, and every one of them can explain
why it arrived, from real evidence. If your day is covered, Otto says
nothing.

TRAIN PROGRESSIVELY

Eight progression paths cover pushing, legs, core, cardio, mobility,
balance, pulling and hinging, from your first wall push up to weighted
work. Levels unlock through demonstrated capability, never points.
Licensed video demonstrations show exact technique for every exercise.

EVERYTHING ELSE SUPPORTS THE TRAINING

Simple protein habits, an optional eating window that never fights your
training, sleep aware plans that adapt after a bad night, and small
personal experiments to find what actually helps you.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Otto works entirely on your device. No account, no server, no ads, no
tracking. Health data never leaves your iPhone.

Your first week is completely open: all of Otto, no card, nothing to
cancel. Afterwards, Otto Pro is 9.99 EUR per month or 59.99 EUR per
year. Your progress always remains yours, subscribed or not.

OTTO PRO

Otto Pro is an auto-renewable subscription of 9.99 EUR per month or
59.99 EUR per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on
confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless
you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period,
and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account
settings.
