You can’t save CC information and it’s plagued with runtime errors. It also does not allow for the cash option when ordering, my hope is that CC info is saved so I won’t have to enter it every time. When I order from my closest store( only one that will deliver to my address) the response time and the ability to even get a menu to select order entries from either takes 2-3 min, takes longer and times out, or perhaps 20% of the time actually works but with really slow response. This does not happen if I order from other locations, across multiple states. Very strange. The company does not respond to emails. ### 2/5 — Can’t use after signing up for loyalty program in store *2021-11-03, version 1.2.125* I signed up in store yesterday for the loyalty/rewards program, and today I tried to create an account on the app. It wouldn't let me create an account because my email and phone number are already associated with an account, but it won't let me do any sort of reset password to access my rewards account on the app :/ ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2021-04-28, version 1.2.113* The app is slow and looks bad on modern phone screens that have notches. Just a whirlwind of error messages. Plus the little warning they give you when you select ASAP and they say "we need more time!" Hey man I didn't set the original time! You did! ### 1/5 — Awful and buggy *2023-06-24* Awful app can’t even get an order in because of all the scrolling, scheduling and other bugs. Don’t like having to share all my information before I can even try to order either. Clearly an attempt to save a buck and cut out delivery companies but they didn’t spend enough money to do it right and have a crummy app. If you’re going to sell pizza this expensive don’t be cheap and either pay for app development or use a proper platform and pay the fees for a delivery company that has made the investment. ### 1/5 — Bring back the old app *2023-04-21* Love OTTO, hate the new app. Old app worked WAY better. So frustrated I ended up just walking down and placing my order at the pizzeria. Was hoping the kinks would eventually be worked out but I’ve now used / tried to use the new app at least 7 times. Twice worked because I gave up trying to modify my pizza and just ordered something it would allow me to order. Other five times I’ve either walked down or called in. ### 1/5 — I love OTTO, but the app is broken *2023-04-06* I’ve used hundreds, maybe even over a thousand apps in my life. This is, without even having a close contender, the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. I’ve yet to use it once where it charges the correct amount, or where it allows me to properly select a delivery time. It’s just awful. The worst part is, I LOVE OTTO pizza! But when they switched to this new app, everything crashed. I insist on using it because I like my rewards points, but even those don’t function correctly anymore. So sad. ### 1/5 — App downgrade! Always found it easy to hop into the app and pay with a gift or debit card. I received a gift card for Christmas and didn’t use it right away. When I went to use it, nobody in the store knew why I couldn’t access the card. Finally, I see an email that let me know the app had been updated. (Downgraded) I can no longer figure out where put my gift card into the app. I have no idea what happened to the points that I had accrued before. (The Otto email told me that they would show up if I just re-registered, but I haven’t seen that.) I see from other reviews that I’m not the only person who hasn’t had a problem with this new app. i’m not sure the pizza is worth the headache. ### 5/5 — Awesome pizza, great app *2023-02-20, version 1.4* This is my favorite pizza by far and ordering is so fast and easy on the app. Great experience. Coupons disappear, buttons don’t react. *2023-04-06* iPhone 14 pro, iOS 16.4 Frankly, you’re better off ordering on the website. Most of the time the app is functional, but if you’re unlucky, point rewards will disappear from your cart as you're checking out and not return, the app will freeze when trying to change payment type & despite selecting full payment, the app will arbitrarily switch to partial payment and more. Extremely frustrating. Hence, just use the website so you don’t have to deal with this like I did. Maybe give it 6 months before the app is where it should be. ### 2/5 — Ordering is broken on iPhone 8 IOS 16.4 *2023-04-03* I tried to place an order and got all the way to submitting the payment. I got the alert from my credit card company saying the charge went through but never got an email from the vendor. I called them and they said they never received the order.
