## What is OTTO Shop Desk?

Never miss another call. OTTO Shop Desk is your AI service advisor, working 24/7.

Forward your shop's phone to OTTO. He answers as your shop, listens to the customer, and collects everything you need: the caller's name and callback number, the year, make and model, what the vehicle is doing, what has been tried, and when they can bring it in. Add up to five questions of your own.

Seconds after the caller hangs up, you get a short, clear message. A five-minute phone call becomes a text you can read in ten seconds.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Pops up every new call like a text message
• Inbox of every call, with the full message and the recording
• CALL BACK or TEXT BACK in one tap
• Reply to the customer right from the app, or just reply to OTTO's text. OTTO texts your answer to the customer ("Bring it in at 4 or anytime tomorrow")
• OTTO asks every caller if the shop may text them back, and tells you when a customer said no
• Mark calls handled, add notes, set quiet hours for alerts
• Add your team so everyone sees the calls

SIGN UP IN MINUTES
Pick a plan, tell OTTO about your shop, pick your own local OTTO number, and turn on call forwarding: after hours, when you're busy, or all the time. Nothing to install at the shop, nothing to learn.

TRY IT FIRST
Call the demo line (346) 253-2300 and talk to OTTO like you're a customer.

A Shop Desk plan is required. Plans are purchased on Talk2Otto.com.
