Website has different functionality. Can’t add games or practices from web. Adding games from app requires a match length to even save. Really.. that’s a required field.. even time can’t be TBD and I have to choose a fake one. Tiny fonts. Confusing permissions. Still trying to figure in message chats who actually gets them or who can see what. Not as nice as other sports management options, but did an ok job. Since rebranding to OTTO, the app has been a disaster for our teams. Alerts don’t show (despite all settings being set appropriately), parents added on the backend can’t use the mobile app version, teams aren’t showing up for coaches. The interface is terrible and syncing to my calendar doesn't work. When I access the Calendar for the team, and click the sync icon, it displays an instructions to copy the link below but when I try to scroll, it closes the pop. This is so frustrating. I use 4 apps for 6 different teams and this one is consistently the worst. ### 2/5 — Notifications Need Work *2026-03-04, version 3.0.0* Mostly a decent feature set, but notifications need serious help. No notification bubbles (red dot) ever appear. This has caused families on our teams to miss messages, practices, and even games. Should be a very easy fix. It would be better to use free Google calendar than this app. It’s been incredibly stressful as the school year starts to deal with our emails getting spammed. Support button is 404-ing. I suspect the ai in the name is because the whole app was written by AI and nobody actually reviewed the code or tested it.
