Eine einfache Heil- und Kostenplan-Prüfung soll laut Support bis zu 8 Wochen dauern – das ist völlig inakzeptabel für eine private Krankenversicherung, die sich als digital und modern präsentiert. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen bekommt man nur Standardtexte über „hohes Arbeitsaufkommen“ und „neue Prüfverfahren“. Wenn selbst einfache Leistungsanfragen so lange dauern, verliert man das Vertrauen in die Zuverlässigkeit des gesamten Systems. The main problem is that reimbursement takes maximum time possible, sometimes more than a month. I have to pay huge bills myself and then wait forever till they reimburse.
