I have shortcuts set on my iPad and when I type a short cut in the notes of a floor it will put a space. Here is a example, this is how it should come out (The text after = is what it should show up as in the app) AD = Air vent is dusty, but instead it comes out like this AD =  A ir vent is dusty. This is cause alot of stress in my work, it has started after 1.5.2 and has not been fixed, even though we have contacted you. Please can you fix this, thanks.

The system does not prompt you to set up a log in name and password I have tried the e-mail, the apple account and password  and I can't figure it out .. If there is a solution please make it accessible ---- it says fee app--- thank you

Don't waste your time. Bad navigation, needs simplification, where's the submit and close bottom in the iPhone app? I'll give it zero starts of that was an option.

Anytime you leave the inspection screen it clears all your scores and you have to start all over again. This can get very frustrating when doing a long inspection and an unexpected call comes in.

It works but I just got an iPhone 14 and need the app for work and It doesn’t allow me to do much unless I close and reopen it every time I want to go back a page.

Pros: easy interface, navigation, inspections are easy to complete, great signature captures, and easy integration of the camera for taking pictures. Great inspection tool! Simple is better.

Cons: can't close out inspections/work orders on this version, you can't view previously opened inspections, pictures don't arrive in notifications, and it's only good to perform inspections. Also the font on small devices does not allow you to scroll to see the entire inspection questions. 

This version requires improvements and the ability to save the inspections if it crashes or if you alternate apps while performing inspections.

Very simple and easy to use even for people who aren't good with technology. So much better than the old fashioned pen and paper way we were doing them before. Customers like how it works and it makes the information to their inspections much more easily accessible.

Wow! The inspection feature is great! My customers love watching me perform my inspections, taking pictures and immediately create reports for my employees to take care of the issues I find. 
It's slashed my pain and suffering in half!!!! 
Easy navigation, instant uploads from anywhere, easy access to saved inspections, and great customer support!
