客服都很親切熱心，很努力全心全力的幫我處理所有問題，伊健通跟都會通非常的好用，這樣出門在外就不用擔心家裡的長輩會發生事情了，也能第一次時間來處理，防止意外發生，不管多遠都能收到，真的非常實用！

1.感謝開發團隊提供這樣的一個產品，可以幫助社會中的獨居老人
2.有考慮政府提供的「緊急通報系統」，但它它的彈性不太好需要綁定一個機台而非WiFi，且成本高每個月要繳一個費用。
3.伊健通可以幫助獨居老人打電話，或是未來需要到醫院或是養老院都可以使用。
4.如果可以希望開發團隊可以支援紀錄多個WIFI帳號密碼，這樣伊鍵通就可以帶到各個固定場域都可以用
