This also disables fingerprint login until I log back in, and disables the ability to use instant balance. So I’m locked out of my account with no way to see my balance. Very irritating Also, less of an issue, but not much less irritating, my settings keep getting reset. I’ve had to turn back on transaction alerts 3 times, and have had to turn back on fingerprint login several times as well. So thanks I guess ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-09-08, version 24.1.70* I’m legit locked out of my account because this useless app wants verification nearly every single login (which makes Face ID useless), and even though I’ve already updated my phone number in the app (I had a representative walk me through the process to make sure I did everything right), it’s still using my old phone number that I no longer have access to! It’s buggy, there’s not way to get quality help, it’s just the employees at one of the branches, and there’s no way to get help on the weekends like you would with any other sensible bank. It’s awful, and this is the last straw. I can’t even buy groceries all weekend because whoever designed this app didn’t have a speck of foresight.
