I have never had this problem with my other bank apps. If I can’t use banking on my phone. I will have to withdraw my monies and put it in the bank so I can pay my bills. I do not want to call the bank again about this problem. I believe the app isn’t fully updated to support iOS 14, as I haven’t had these issues before updating my device to iOS 14. Minor annoyances: The startup splash page doesn’t look good on iPhones with notches, as the image is low quality and there is a lot of empty space. This also disables fingerprint login until I log back in, and disables the ability to use instant balance. So I’m locked out of my account with no way to see my balance. Very irritating Also, less of an issue, but not much less irritating, my settings keep getting reset. I’ve had to turn back on transaction alerts 3 times, and have had to turn back on fingerprint login several times as well. So thanks I guess ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-09-08, version 24.1.70* I’m legit locked out of my account because this useless app wants verification nearly every single login (which makes Face ID useless), and even though I’ve already updated my phone number in the app (I had a representative walk me through the process to make sure I did everything right), it’s still using my old phone number that I no longer have access to! It’s buggy, there’s not way to get quality help, it’s just the employees at one of the branches, and there’s no way to get help on the weekends like you would with any other sensible bank. It’s awful, and this is the last straw. I can’t even buy groceries all weekend because whoever designed this app didn’t have a speck of foresight. I’m done with OV, and will be finding somewhere else to do my banking ASAP, because no bank should leave their members penniless due to poor management. ### 1/5 — On line app *2024-04-19, version 23.2.20* On line is not showing correct payoff. ### 1/5 — I got a refund from my car insurance and they only mail checks *2024-03-19, version 23.2.20* And Ouachita valley keeps failing my mobile deposit and I currently live 3 states away!! And I’m financially in a tough situation, my engine block cracked due to a bad cold front and I really really really need this money! I’ve tried making contact but y’all are constantly closed and I currently work 24-7/ doing 10 hour shifts and I just got my job but I have no money, please update your Zelle cause that future should of been added a long time ago but hasn’t been… it makes me want to switch over to one of the bigger banks like chase and capital one.. cause they stay ontop of these issues. With 24-7 customer support which ouchita valley doesn’t provide… only on a strict work week schedule which is like 8am to 4 pm so user beware ### 1/5 — Not good *2023-07-28* App doesn’t work a lot of the time, and there’s no option to deactivate the card if lost/stolen.
