### 3/5 — App Update

*2022-01-06*

I was wondering if you could possibly add the ability to fast forward, rewind and pause to the app?

### 1/5 — New update is horrible

*2021-12-26, version 2.0.0*

The new update (12/2021) changed the way photos and videos are stored. Now they are only stored and viewable within the app and cannot be exported to your own library or device. - Terrible decision!

### 1/5 — It’s hard to set up

*2021-12-04*

It has not settings to pause or fast forward threw the camera videos. Needs upgrades for basic feature controls. Took me 100 tries to set up and link.

### 1/5 — Junk don’t waste your money

*2021-11-19, version 1.4.5*

It doesn’t connect to any thing I’ve tried everything it’s junk!

### 1/5 — Extremely Frustrated

*2021-07-08*

All of the one star reviews are consistent with my experience. The app is unstable and does not consistently connect with the camera. I must have spent an hour trying to get it to work but to no avail. It worked once after offloading then reloading the app but when I tried connecting the camera app to the internet it stopped working. I also kept getting error signals when I tried entering my password, which I know I was correct. I give this product negative 10 stars. Waste of time and money and very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2021-07-04*

It took forever to connect the camera to the app and now it won’t let me even click on the WiFi, camera, or alarm settings. This was $40 wasted.

### 4/5 — Setup

*2021-06-25*

I can’t even set this piece of garbage up. I plugged into power I followed the semi English instructions.
I have given it access to my hotspot I have logged into their Wi-Fi my Wi-Fi use their password use my password nothing is working it’s absolutely retarded I’m about to throw it across the room do not buy this piece of garbage

### 3/5 — Connecting is unreliable but ...

*2021-04-30, version 1.4.5*

Set up this little cam as an indoor surveillance device with an iPhone and it is possible, but difficult. First, reset the camera using a thin paper clip. Next, unplug the camera from the power source wait one minute plug it back in. Do not try to connect using the battery. Go to your iPhone settings for network and find the ID of the device and click on it. Probably get a message at this point that there is no Internet connection available and there may be a choice offered. Choose the option to stay connected to the camera IP.
There are two ways to connect to this camera, and there are two separate network interface chips on board - one that uses a direct connect - long string of numbers and letters - the other uses your local network connection (LAN) IP. The direct, or Ad Hoc connection is limited to about 30 feet at the most and much less through walls. So get close during setup.
Set up the connection first on the Network portion of your iPhone, connect to the camera, then go to the software and look for the cam. Ignore messages about security.
Connection is a two-step process, the software on the iPhone finds the camera and then you click on it at which point the image from the camera is loaded, and not until. Only after this point can one click the little arrow in the upper left of the window and go to the settings, network settings, choose your local network wireless name and the software should ask for a local password. After that point, the camera will automatically stay connected to a LAN and you must be on the same LAN to find it. If you have a good Internet connection you should be able to see your camera from anywhere in the world.
As soon as your iPhone gets 20 or so feet away from the camera, it will automatically turn off the direct IP connection from the camera and go to whatever is your default.
Reality is the tiny IP cameras are mostly the same hardware and it's the software that makes the difference. Don't know if any other software will run with this camera so I guess we're all stuck. Suckers.

### 1/5 — Wow!!!!

*2021-04-28*

Really? Thats the best you can do for a simple app and camera? A baby monitor has better picture quality than that. Why does it not recognize my device after its already set up? I use it one time and then have to start over when I turn it back on, which brings me to ask..... Why will it not stay charged and die after 3 hours? I'm very disappointed with the device and lack of professionalism from iraq

### 1/5 — Junk

*2021-04-09, version 1.4.5*

This is the worst camera I have ever bought in my life

### 2/5 — Wifi and connection

*2021-04-03, version 1.4.5*

Can’t connect to phone I’m going to reset and try one more time! If not sending back to get refund!

### 1/5 — To whom it may concern.

*2021-03-31*

If I could give zero stars I would have. I wanted to give this camera the benefit of the doubt. Wanted a small dash cam. It never connected and worked on it for hours. Maybe I’m an idiot, who knows. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unable to connect

*2024-07-21*

I have what I would think a ton of patience. But the fact that I have to continuously delete and reinstall the app for it to secure a connection, and that’s after multiple attempts, is ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2023-09-20*

This app renders your camera only useful for viewing in real time. The app freezes if trying to watch any recordings. This is regardless of the type of SD card you use, despite what you might find in support forums. Also there is no way to download recordings to your phone or otherwise, you need to pull the SD card and handle the files from another computer/device. The app is also a battery drain and likely has massive memory leaks. If you bought a camera who’s only interface is this app you should return it.

### 1/5 — App no good play back fails

*2023-07-27*

The app freezes constantly during play back after 13 seconds they really need to address this issue. And it constantly records even when just set for motion. It’s not the best quality the camera has issues connecting to Internet also even when sitting on top of the router. Not worth the money thankfully it’s cheap.

### 1/5 — Should be less than ZERO stars …

*2022-10-14*

Extremely hopeless app - for reasons known only to the producer of this crap, the recordings cannot be copied, shared or sent in any way. Another thing is that connecting the camera to the Internet and recording the image via this application is a "torment." Often, there is no other option than to completely remove the device from the application and reinstall it, but then EVERYTHING THAT WAS RECORDED WILL GONE, WITH OUT THE POSSIBILITY OF RESTORING OR STORED! Other major problem is notoriously hanging off device during recording! Every 30 - 45 sec. WiFi signal becomes “bad” and it’s over …! Device just, simply not working !

### 1/5 — it's total garbage

*2022-05-06, version 2.0.1*

Neither the camera nor the app works correctly, it is a total fraud and I had 3 and they were all the same

### 1/5 — New app no longer allows saving to the iPhone camera albums

*2022-03-21*

The updated app no longer allows you to save the movie to your phone video files folder. I have another phone I did not update to the new app and it still works like it supposed to. Either fix the app or put the old version back.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2022-03-05*

It worked for a while. Then the red light doesn’t go on. Then it stop recording or notification stop working. It won’t format the SIM card. I restarted it still doesn’t work. Deleted the app and restart that way to still doesn’t work

### 1/5 — All files gone

*2022-02-10*

The new update app deleted all my videos. My storage says I have 10gb of videos but when I go in the app there is nothing there. Was working fine till the update

### 1/5 — Update issues

*2022-01-22, version 2.0.0*

With the latest update the replay local video storage has not been efficient. I'm not sure if it's the sd card or if it's the app please help

### 1/5 — Hate this new version

*2022-01-09*

I update the app and now I can’t see the video records that I have or had on my SD card and I am trying to record a video and it starts but after 3 or 4 minutes or when the iPhone auto lock it stops to record. The app needs fix those problems

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Everything works on my iPhone8

*2022-04-19*

Great little cam. No problems connecting, like others have mentioned. Wish the blinking light was able to be turned off, but I covered it with a piece of black tape. Have been using this in my garage for months with good results.

### 5/5 — Very good   ‌‌

*2021-07-29, version 1.4.5*

Although a little expensive but good performance, my 6S only has 16GB of memory, but the video recording effect is very good, this software to save the video to the computer do not have to worry about the memory
