Ordered a lamp from Ouch cart. Never order from here, it has a pathetic product quality and no return pickup even though they claim.

I have placed an order on 19th March 2024 but it has not shipped yet (almost month passed). Order Id 86172. I tried to call but most of time their phone is switched off. 
Dont place any order even on COD. they ask advance amount of COD order by calling you.
