App ### 1/5 — App has taken a nosedive *2022-12-15* Increasingly poor performance. Remote check deposit functions are HIDEOUS at best. Whether auto-capture or manual, the app will no longer focus, checks are either declined for deposit, or worse, accepted, deposited, then rejects by the payer’s institution, resulting in unannounced retraction of funds. As iPhone evolves, the OUCU app devolves; and frankly, the OUCU continues to devolve as an institution. At least fix the daggone mobile app. Ugh.
