I’m sure such refund policy is illegal under Australian Consumer Law. It’s impossible to return the items because they keep insisting you take rewards instead. The issue with rewards is, you end up paying more money for the rewards to be applicable and now you got two bad products instead of one with more money spent. It’s a scam cycle.
