This app gives you instant access to tons of dance, flow, and strength classes; with new classes added every day! The classes are well structured, set to the latest hits and easy to follow. The app means I can do the classes anywhere from my laundry room to a hotel room. I highly recommend!!

Oula Fitness is the most amazing workout I have ever had. It is so much more than just the fitness component, although dang do I drip with sweat during the dance classes. It is also the freedom to release pent up emotions if I need to, or just have a super fun time. And their instructors are so real… All different ages and body types. It makes me feel like I’m working out with my friends! 

All of their different formats and different time options are perfect for my busy schedule. Everything from a 15 minute quick dance or strength snack to 60mn yoga dance classes when I have time. I cannot recommend this app or this fitness format enough. Sign up for their subscription today!
