I contacted the company more than 10 times regarding my issue through phone calls, emails, and messages. Every single time, I was told that my request had been forwarded and that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, nothing ever happened. I kept receiving the same promises with no action, no follow-up, and no resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much better level of customer service. This is really unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Luxury Prices, Unprofessional Service *2026-05-19* My experience with Ounass was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional. My order was delayed for more than 10 days, despite repeated promises that it would arrive before my travel date. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled. I escalated the issue multiple times hoping for a resolution, but instead of solving the problem, I continued receiving repetitive responses and delays until I was ultimately forced to cancel my order. Throughout the process, customer service continuously asked me for the same information over and over again ,including my passport details, importer number (رقم المستورد), and verification documents ,each time claiming the delay was due to “missing information.”I repeatedly explained that registration on the Fasah platform (منصة فسح) is done .Every time they claimed I was not registered or that my importer number was incorrect, I personally contacted customs (الجمارك) to verify and obtain the correct number again, only to be told once more by Ounass that I needed to register on Fasah again or that the importer number was wrong. This endless misinformation and lack of coordination caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and major delays. Communication was extremely poor, responses were slow, and there was clearly no coordination between departments. My final call with manager Ahmad was extremely disappointing, as he blamed me for the issue instead of taking responsibility for the repeated delays and poor handling of my order, despite the fact that I had already submitted all requested information multiple times. For a luxury platform that claims to offer premium service, this level of disorganization, delay, poor communication, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
