more every day. Ounce smooths every entry into a trend line that shows where
you're really headed.

Ounce uses the exponentially smoothed trend method trusted by weight trackers
for decades. Raw weigh-ins show as faint dots. The trend line tells the truth.

TRENDS THAT MEAN SOMETHING

and read plain-language stats: change, weekly rate, highs, lows, and averages.

PROJECTIONS BACKED BY DATA
