Cost is an issue here as it charged me almost £34 whole famous competitor (uber) charges me £19 (yes there was no change in price). Terrible app!! would not recommend ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed with OUNO App *2023-11-12, version 51.3.1* I'm giving the OUNO App a one-star rating due to its misleading pricing and poor customer service. The app promised a flat rate for a taxi service, but I ended up being charged an exorbitant waiting fee that was never mentioned during booking or when I called to clarify service. Efforts to resolve this with their customer service were futile, as they were unresponsive and unhelpful when finally reached. This experience was both frustrating and costly, and the lack of transparency within the app is unacceptable. I advise others to be wary of using this service, I will not use Ouno again and have disputed the charges as they breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with a lack of transparency, misleading information and unfair terms. ### 1/5 — Scam ? *2023-10-23, version 51.3.1* Think this is a scam, put my details in and then I had to wait for them to be reviewed before being “offered” the privilege of using the app. When I stay at the Bellagio they don’t “vet” me to see if I am a rich enough for their service.
