It will not connect to WiFi and asks for too many permissions. I can’t connect to it and get a message can’t use 5G, must use 2.4G. I’m on a 2.4G network. I’ve verified it on several devices. I deleted the app and tried again. I got user does not exist. I tried to set up the account again and got user information already exists. I finally got in the app and still got the 5G/2.4G error message. ### 1/5 — Not happy with this app *2024-04-17* App would not connect correctly. I called the company for support and was told we know there is a problem with the app and we are working on it. We will send out an email to all registered uses once we resolve the issues. Well by the looks of the complaints about this app this has been a problem for a few months and is still ongoing. Can not recommend OUPES mega series until this app is fixed. You are not able to make adjustments and are stuck with the default settings. I’ll update the review if OUPES fixes the app. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-04-12* 100% will not use this app, not happy at all with data it wants to grab when all I want to due is use Bluetooth only it requires my local network and other things it has no right to know for basic use. 100% not happy with app and will just use the device manually going forward as I cannot trust an app that is barely in English (mostly Chinese). Only reason I got the product is because it had just what I needed at half the price of competition. Download the app & I agree with the others it’s not a good app . I took over a hour to get it done turn off the machine and our power went out ok this why we got it for so I turned on lights, plug in the refrigerator turned on my router and Wi-Fi & the app isn’t working I’ve gone back through all the steps & nothings. Come on guys, all the other brands of power stations have a usable app, you can do it.
