## What is OUR Cloud?

OUR Cloud is secure, reliable cloud storage built for everyday use — store your photos, documents and files, and reach them from any device, anywhere.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Upload files and folders in seconds, from your phone or any browser
• Automatic camera uploads — never lose a photo again
• Free up space on your phone: copies already kept in the cloud can leave the device
• Share files and folders with a link, or invite people and choose what each of them may do
• Work in shared workspaces with your team, each with its own files and members
• Work offline — mark files for offline access and open them without a connection
• Preview photos, videos and documents right in the app
• Keep everything organized with folders, starring and quick search

BUILT FOR PEACE OF MIND
Every file that lands in the cloud is checked by an antivirus engine, and the result is shown next to the file. Your files are stored securely, with full control over who can see and edit what you share. The app itself can be locked with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

• Your profile, managed in full: name, picture, password.
• Workspaces: create one, invite people, manage their permissions.

• Lists open from cache and refresh behind you.
• Sorting, and a list or grid view, in every section.

• Subscribe in the app: the Standart, Plus and Business plans can now be bought directly through the App Store, monthly or yearly.
• Switching plans: an upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade or a period change starts when the current period ends, and the app shows the date.
• New Subscription screen: your plan, storage used, what the plan includes, next payment and any upcoming change in one place.
• "Manage subscription" opens your App Store subscription settings; "Restore purchases" brings a subscription back on a new device.
• A subscription works on all your devices; a subscription from the website is shown as well.
• Photos tab: every photo and video in your account, newest first, whatever folder it is in. The trash has moved to the side menu.
• Share to OUR Cloud: send photos, videos and files from any app through the system share sheet, pick a folder and upload.
• Videos start faster; a stalled video restarts itself.
• Terms and privacy policy open inside the app.

• Tətbiqdən abunə: Standart, Plus və Biznes tarifləri indi birbaşa App Store vasitəsilə, aylıq və ya illik olaraq alınır.

• «Abunəni idarə et» App Store abunə ayarlarını açır; «Alışları bərpa et» yeni cihazda abunəni geri qaytarır.
• Abunə bütün cihazlarınızda işləyir; saytdan alınan abunə də göstərilir.

• OUR Cloud-a paylaş: istənilən tətbiqdən foto, video və faylları sistem paylaşma menyusu ilə göndərin, qovluq seçin və yükləyin.
• Videolar daha tez başlayır; ilişən video özü yenidən başlayır.
• Şərtlər və məxfilik siyasəti tətbiqin içində açılır.

### 2.4.0 — 2026-09-12

• The Transfers screen has been rebuilt: an overall status card on top (how many files, how much is left, speed), then the file in progress, failed, queued and done. Each section's actions sit on its own header.
• Files over 100 MB are sent in parts and resume from where they stopped when the connection drops.
• Transfers keep going when the app is closed; unfinished ones recover on launch.
• Camera backup no longer stops after one batch and continues until every photo is uploaded.
• A photo taken while the app is open uploads within seconds.
• Failed uploads are retried automatically 3 times; if that fails, a Retry button is offered and the reason is shown under the file.
• Failed camera uploads are grouped into one row; cancelling a transfer requires confirmation.
• The "Wi-Fi only" setting now applies to queued files too.
• Fixed the same file being uploaded twice.
• The update notice now asks the App Store itself.
• Full-screen preview shows a loading indicator instead of a blank page while the original opens.
• Fixed the error on a second tap of "Sign in with Google".
• Fixed the "Sign in with Apple" button in dark mode.
• Fixed a freeze and crash when returning to the app.
• Fixed the launch screen logo.
