## What is Our COVID?

This app can be used only by invited participants of the study.

We want to learn more about what COVID-19 looks like across different people and learn how to best protect and support high-risk families and communities. We are recruiting households where a member was recently infected with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19). 

To be able to join this study and use this app, an invitation is required. You will download this study app where you will be fully informed of the study details and sign a consent form and agree to participate. This app will serve as a hub for study participation where you will complete surveys and tasks, and connect wearable devices and other mobile apps. Participation in this study will last 2-6 weeks and possibly longer depending on whether you have symptoms of COVID-19.

This study is being conducted by 4YouandMe - a non-profit organization dedicated towards research into digital technology and agency driven solutions for health.


HOW DOES IT WORK?
Users complete a daily set of surveys and cognitive tasks
Users capture their naturally occurring coughs
Users connect the app with their wearable smart devices for the purposes of the study
A study engagement specialist will assist you with the use of the app, and other study activities
