### 4/5 — Good but am I missing something?

*2019-02-24*

Liking it so far except I don’t know how to start the cycle on the main page...it says “day — of my cycle” and won’t let me tap the blank to fill it in. I don’t know how it’s supposed to track my period otherwise so I’m a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Otherwise it’s a very great app, I love the log of feelings and moods, very extensive list, which is so important for me right now to help find trends and balance hormones.

### 4/5 — Great so far!

*2016-10-17*

Just downloaded this app. I like it so far. Nice that u can enter ur mood/feelings/symptoms! Great for keeping track of those and how ur cycle works and can be compared later.
Great app, but it could use a lil fixes. It would be nice if it showed all phases of the moon: new, first, full, and last, including quarter moon phases. Also, I think it would be nice to show the moon phases on the calendar (like the symbol of the moon phase).
I noticed when u click on a date on the calendar, it shows ur entries at the bottom for feelings, mood, and symptoms, and when u click over to the next month, those entries r still showing.
So far so good!

### 4/5 — Positive moods

*2016-01-31, version 1.0*

Hi have just purchased this app and it looks great however when I was trying to select my mood for today, there were only negative moods. Can you please include positive moods so as not to reinforce only negative moods. Thanks 😃

### 4/5 — Great app, with a few but's

*2015-09-06, version 1.0*

I love this app, what it offers is inherently great. The only thing I would love to see upgraded would be the ability to sync between devices. Syncing would make it 5/6 stars.

### 4/5 — Questions?

*2014-07-31, version 1.0*

Is it possible to add own feelings, moods, symptoms? Also, I'd really like to be able to monitor my sleep quality, energy level, sugar or food cravings etc to see how they align with my cycle & the moon phase. Thanks heaps! Looking forward to being more aware of my mind, body & spirit

### 4/5 — Nice app for tracking cycles

*2013-11-05*

A nice, portable way to keep track of cycle dates and notes. Password keeps it private. Seems to add a day to the cycle though (includes day 1 of next cycle), I would love to see that changed. I would also love to have the new & full moons pictured on the calendars, so I can better see how my cycle relates.

### 5/5 — This app is more than you ever expected!

*2013-03-10*

It has so many features it takes time to discover them all and there is more to it then meets the eye, which you start to realize when you are actually using this app.

First of all it is kind of three apps in one, it is for menstruating and not menstruating women as well as for men. How amazing is that!

I am a menstruating woman so I have only explored this section so far.
It has THREE diaries! You can focus on your period, on your ovulation or you can use the nurturing journal and keep track of how often you do something lovely for yourself that actually supports you.

What intrigued me most is the long list of moods and feelings.
Gone are the days of I feel great or I feel miserable.
At first I was quite overwhelmed by this list: "so many feelings that I can have?"
It made me realize that I am never very specific with what I am feeling exactly.
Now when I use this app, I love to take a moment and go through the list and choose the word that exactly describes my mood or feeling. This in itself reveals a lot to me.

It is great app to have and I found it very healing to keep track of my cycles.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2013-03-04*

What I love most about this app is that you can choose from a vast variety of feelings and moods. Its not the usual sad, happy, angry… but beautiful, delicate, cute, fragile, graceful and so much more. This is a truly awesome app.

### 5/5 — Beautiful app for women and men

*2013-03-02, version 1.0*

This app has been beautifully developed, it is smooth, and lovely to use, and, more than that it is a really helpful way of charting the menstrual or moon cycle to support self nurturing. A pocket tool for every man and women. I whole heartedly recommend it.

### 4/5 — LOVE IT!!!

*2013-03-01*

I LOVE THIS APP!!! Two weeks ago, I started looking for an app to help me monitor my physical and emotional symptoms of pre-menopause. I carefully looked at several apps, downloaded 3 (including Our Cycles) and quickly deleted the other two. This one is so easy to use, has all my desired features plus some. In addition to including the need for men to use it (which I think is great), it focuses on menstrating and non-menstrating women. I hope a few more menopausal symptoms will be added in the future, but until them it gives an easy way to make specific and personal notes.

### 5/5 — I Love This!

*2013-02-26, version 1.0*

The graphics and colours are really beautiful, making it a pleasure to use and have on my phone. It's also really simple to navigate through the different options. I Love the choice of words available to note how you're feeling and the different symptoms or moods, much broader than any other app I've used. Would definitely recommend!

### 5/5 — Not just another period app

*2013-02-23, version 1.0*

This app is amazing, it goes beyond just being something to track my period, it opens up the possibility to look at my cycles as a part of my life. I love that anyone can use it, men and women, as well as women not menstruating. Our cycles thought of everything to included as well as it being beautifully presented. I would recommend this to any one, more that worth the price :)

Thanks

### 1/5 — Why pay subscription???

*2016-12-04*

I've been wanting an app that will it only track my menstruation cycle but will also track the lunar cycle. From what I saw this app would do just that. So I paid the $3.99 fee for the app which I thought was too pricy in the first place. Then once you open the app and start playing around on it you learn that in order to get the full app experience you have to buy a $12.99 subscription to the app designers website.....that's baloney. The app description should CLEARLY STATE that the subscription is required to get the full experience from the app. I am highly disappointed and now I feel I wasted $3.99

### 1/5 — Not worth the $$

*2015-01-23*

There are lots off free apps that do what this app does and more. Don't waste your money.

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2014-11-22, version 1.0*

I just downloaded this app and it shuts down every time I tap on the Moonphase tab. Please fix this glitch so that I can use the app properly! £2.50 wasted.

### 2/5 — Needs a new UX designer

*2016-12-13, version 2.2*

It's a great idea but really not user friendly.

### 2/5 — What happened to this app??

*2016-10-06, version 2.2*

2 updates ago, it worked wonderfully and harmoniously in recording notes, notifications on time and a beautiful feminine interface... now, i wonder if a masculine entity has taken over and bold texted everything, took away the curves, navigation is confusing and doesn't even bother alerting when period is due (even with my notifications on!)
I had high hopes.. now I'm better if just high.

### 2/5 — Full moon dates not correct

*2015-11-22, version 1.0*

Just paid $5.99 for the app expecting it to work. Full moon date is now correct. Defeats the whole purpose of the app. Eg nov full moon date is 25th. The app shows as 26th. Could you please update. Also it would be good if the app can show new moon dates.

### 2/5 — Excited but hopeful helpful feedback

*2013-02-21, version 1.0*

I was so excited to receive the our cycles app, after attending the international women's day Sydney. I really want to use it as intended. I was surprised to feel restricted by the mood and feeling lists... I feel I would like the possibility to add my own mood and feeling description to the designated box too. Likewise with the symptoms list. I feel the quick and ease approach of having a list but I feel the need in me to use my own words also... Could this be added on? I wondered too if the iPhone screen swipe function could be incorporated in the app to change screens? I feel that using the buttons to click is ok but another thing to adjust to, where as I naturally go to swipe since learning to use my iPhone. When using the ovulation notes pages the button to tap after inserting my note takes me back to the calendar, I was wondering if it could take me back to my note page I was writing on in full so I can continue to add to my note before leaving the page? I feel also somewhat confused in which calendar to focus on for the days outside my ovulation and period, eg to write my feelings etc? Perhaps some more information or help points could be included to help guide usage with the app on the actual app? I hope in adding these comments to review is the appropriate place for feedback and in doing so is helpful. I appreciate it's what I feel that I am commenting on. Love x

### 3/5 — Ok

*2021-08-28, version 2.5*

Is a good app but would not recommend if you have irregular cycles. Unfortunately a majority of the time it was not accurate for me. I also wish this app was easier to add periods and ovulation dates.

### 3/5 — Good but make it better

*2014-12-30, version 1.0*

Hi I'm 13 years old and my mum got me to get this app and it really helps but you should actually make improvements to it because it's a good app but people want to be able to use it everyday not just when they are menstruating :) maybe even tips and stuff?

### 3/5 — Awesome app-for all women & men

*2013-02-13, version 1.0*

I love this app! I have tried other period tracking apps in the past but they were only focused on when my period was next due and the length of my cycle. I love that this app, it allows me the space to capture ways that I have nurtured myself through the month and to deeply reflect on how I have been living within my cycle.
It is simple to use and beauty-full to look at. After seeing the app my husband purchased it too!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fantastic diary app + best period app around

*2016-07-30, version 2*

Truly wonderful app for women (and men) - it's super supportive in helping you to be aware of how you feel and keeping track of your body both physically and emotionally. Easy to use and well designed, best diary app for sure!

### 5/5 — Supportive

*2016-07-14, version 2*

Love this app, feels great, really supportive

### 5/5 — A Simple Tool to Help Understand Your Menstrual Cycles

*2015-01-05, version 1.0*

I have been using the Our Cycles App for 22 months and it has been an essential tool in helping me understand my menstrual cycles. Before the use of the app, I always knew when my period would come but there was no real connection with my body. Now through increased body awareness through using the app daily I can now prepare for when my period is coming. As I check in with myself daily I always know where I am at in my cycle and know when it is time to take things more slowly as I prepare for my period.

### 5/5 — Simple App that helps you get to know yourself

*2014-09-07, version 1.0*

I love this app, it's really helped me get to know myself. It's simple and easy to use, menstruating & post menopausal women and men can all use it as we all have cycles. I know lots of people who use it and in sure we each use it differently but for me, each day I diarise what I've been doing and how I have felt. There are lists of feelings, emotions and physical symptoms you can pick each day. You can look back and see how you've been feeling at certain times throughout your cycles (ovulation, period, full moon etc). I don't tend to look back at the charts - I mostly use it to just become aware of how I'm feeling. This has been huge! This app has provided me with the space I learn to feel what my body is telling me - from there I can either choose to honour it or ignore it and push on through - both of which I do! It's really amazing to see how different my day goes when I honour my feelings rather than ignore them. Thanks Our Cycles, I wouldn't be without your App, in fact that's the only reason I got an iPad after borrowing a work one and trying out our cycles, I loved it straight away!

### 5/5 — A must have app for every woman and man

*2014-08-04*

The Our Cycles app has been truly supportive in helping me to connect with and feel my body to a deeper level. It helps me bring my awareness and focus to areas in my life where I am developing myself by bringing me a sense of appreciation and confirming my loving actions and rhythms. It also brings to my awareness areas where I need to give more time and focus to, areas which otherwise could and used to get swept under the carpet.
When I use the Our Cycles app before bed I always wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to get out of bed in the morning. I often put off using it, or think do I really need to do it yet when I open it up and start writing never once have I felt this is waste of time far from it - the clarity and deeper connection it brings to my body is huge and very much worth it.
It has brought a deeper focus to my daily and monthly cycles that my body goes through - whether it be on a daily basis or on a monthly basis by keeping me up to date with the moon cycles.
Huge thanks and appreciation to the Our Cycles Team and Natalie Benhayon for bringing this gift and all the healing that comes with it to myself and Humanity.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2014-07-02, version 1.0*

I would highly recommend this app! I love writing in it and using all of the features like putting in what I'm feeling and what my moods are. It's also really helpful to go back and review to see why I may be feeling grumpy or tired or great :) really cool app

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2013-06-01*

Please add Hemorrhoids to symptoms

### 5/5 — Revolutionising in the way you connect with yourself

*2013-04-03, version 1.0*

This app is different to all other period cycle dairies I have ever tried. It lets me see my cycle from a different perspective and that there were many things that I was not feeling or considering. It is not just for your menstruation but also for ovulation a long with a Nurturing journal. I love it, some times i just log something that I'm feeling at that time and that is it or write a bit on what ever comes up. The amazing thing is that even if you have stopped menstruating OR your a male their is a moon dairy that you use. The moon can support you like a period and help you reflect they way you feel and have lived for the previous month. TRULY AMAZING

### 5/5 — Registered Nurse and woman

*2013-03-29*

I love this app. Simple, clear, easy to use and so supportive. It has helped me identify patterns of behaviour that don't support me, I am now beginning to change them. I love being able to put in how great I am feeling also amongst all that and confirm the many lovely things about myself that I didn't always recognise. A wonderful move away from the awful self- criticism endemic, in women particularly, these days and towards celebrating how lovely we each are in our uniqueness. Thank you for this wonderful app.

### 5/5 — UK

*2013-03-17, version 1.0*

Feelings and emotions come and go and most if us are masters at pushing them quickly away from our awareness and for the most part forgetting them completely without learning from them. This app helps both men and women to capture these fleeting feelings and emotions as well as any symptoms that the body is trying to get us to take notice of. I am finding that this is enabling me to start to establish connections between things that I had not realised were connected and also to feel more aware of and at one with my body.
