However, the app doesn't always work, and it can fail for weeks at a time. It can be difficult to get a timely response from the company to get help. ### 1/5 — This app is a disaster! *2024-03-07* This app has been nothing but a problem since my HOA’s adoption. It will work for a few weeks and then it breaks. Developer needs to release a more stable version that our community can rely on.
