New venues offering the rewards have not been set up.

I am a regular customer at the Waterside and there is never enough parking whenever I visit
I am sure many potential customers are going elsewhere despite the availability of a few parking spaces across the road from the cafe
Older people who have limited walking capacity would struggle
Please try and address this Marcus as it spoils a lovely venue
