We booked it for 8 hours to move stuff, it died after 2 hours and 3 miles. ### 1/5 — Does the job *2024-10-13, version 1.2.4* Basic app that lets you hire a cargo bike. Clunky but app mostly works. Random problems logging in and support hard to get in time on the street. But got there eventually. Used the cargo bike to take my kids around town and loved the experience. Will certainly use it more often! ### 4/5 — App does work *2023-11-03, version 1.0.7* Update. Some early teething problems but things are working now. A but tricksy so worth watching how to videos, but it’s a good concept to be supported. App does not allow you to enter a payment method so booking is not possible. (Despite the updated app the issue persists). Shame as this is a great idea in principle. ### 5/5 — Super easy, useful and value. *2025-03-24, version 1.2.6* Swift way to book a cargo bike, no fuss, seamless process and excellent customer service. Had a booking issue and emailed customer service and they resolved in less than 90 seconds. Battery replacement was also mega quick! So many people were jealous of my wheels. ### 5/5 — Fantastic service and getting better *2024-08-16, version 1.2.4* App used to be clunky - photo uploads to end sessions wouldn't work, app wouldn't remember me and I had to log in every time, among other annoyances. Those are all fixed and more. The bike itself is awesome and easy to use. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Great way to hire e-cargo bikes *2024-04-05, version 1.1.0* Easy way to book an electric cargo bike in Lambeth (and some other London boroughs, I believe). After a few teething problems the app is functioning well now. You can use the app to book in advance and unlock the bike when it’s time to ride - a bit like Lime bikes but cheaper and carries much much more! ### 5/5 — Great app and bike share *2024-03-26, version 1.1.0* Brilliant !
