Logged me out and then proceeded to not let me back in since my account didn’t have a password but it existed, then I had to create a whole new account, just to try and log in through Google and be told that I have to use my password anyway. If this is the case, don’t make logging in through google an option. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-08-10, version 2.2.0* Drivers are rude and not accountable. Had many bad experiences. Please don’t opt this service ### 2/5 — "Friendly service" *2026-08-02, version 2.1.3* The bus departed 25 minutes later than scheduled, even though the ticket clearly stated that passengers had to be at the departure point 15 minutes in advance. On the return trip, the driver was also quite rude and refused to wait just three minutes while my companion looked for their return ticket ### 1/5 — AVOID!!! *2026-07-28, version 2.1.3* Terrible drivers, customer service, and value. I’ve never felt so unsafe on commercial transportation or felt more annoyed by customer service. If this is your only option, WALK! ### 1/5 — Impatient *2026-07-13* This company bus drivers are rude. some are very inpatient, you can meet very disrespectful ones and some cool drivers. Coming from anywhere upstate NY they don’t check QR codes they just let anyone in this is my third time waking in without anything being checked it’s not safe! When they stop somewhere for break and let the passengers get food it’s not safe to leave the bus because some drivers after they use the bathroom or get what they needed they would just take off. Also the email verification links don’t work 90% of the time which creates a dead end for the user flow.
