### 2.48.0 — 2026-09-08

Admins can now run every club report from the app. Browse the full catalogue, choose the options each report takes, read the results on screen, and export to PDF, CSV or Excel straight into the share sheet.

Reports that contain personal data are marked, and you can set a report password from the app under Report Security.

Coaches and admins can set their own sensitive file password, which controls whether the daily attendance summary arrives with its spreadsheet attached.

Class pages now show who is teaching. Coaches can see the club's coaching roster, put themselves down to teach or support a session, and admins can assign a lead coach when creating or editing a class. There is a new staff timetable showing who is covering what.

Clubs can build their own forms and share them with members, and members can fill them in and sign on their phone.

Clubs moving to OurClub from another provider have a guided setup for bringing their existing payments across.

Tapping a notification now opens the thing it is about. Grade cards are easier to read on lighter belts, dates from previous years show the year, and a licence with one day left now reads correctly.

Manage your payment methods in the app. Add a card, choose which one your club takes payment from, and remove any you no longer use.

On your grades, you can now choose the period your attendance covers: all time, this year, since you earned your current belt, or from any date you pick.

Marking someone in your circle as not training now takes effect across the app straight away.

If you sign in as a family member rather than the account holder, My Circle now shows only what you can actually do, and Grades opens on you instead of on one of your children.

Coaches and admins can search by a child's name and see which account it matched, and send one message to several people at once.

Editing a published announcement now asks whether members should be told about the change.

Booking a child in confirms by name, and when something goes wrong the app explains what actually happened.

### 2.44.0 — 2026-08-27

If you manage the account but don't train yourself, you can now say so — we'll only ask for the details the club actually needs, and you'll stop appearing on registers and grading lists.

Partner updates now open in their own screen, and tapping a notification takes you straight to the right one.

Links in messages are now tappable.
