I invested in 2021 in Ripple Foods. I didn't receive a single proper report. There was absolutely no communication. Then, a notification simply appeared stating that my stake had been diluted by 99.7%. Meanwhile, the company continues to operate normally and raise further funds. Lawyers are currently preparing lawsuits and complaints to regulators. Instead of resolving the issue and protecting investors' rights, OurCrowd sent me a threatening letter. I plan to give this situation widespread publicity. Under no circumstances should you invest through their platform!

Very high risk profile of deals is not a surprise…but the bigger issue is the questionable due diligence, little information available, and above all lack of transparency especially when it comes to investments that go belly up. 
Started investing 4 years ago and I haven’t seen any positive exit…but losses this of course I’ve seen.

They r trying to use our funds to further their own investments, plus based on a stolen land how much good can you expect from a theif!

Occasionally interesting investment offers like Databricks, Lightspeed VC fund with Anthropic & xAI inside, Neuman Berger fund but those come with i) high costs (carry 20% + signing fees ~5%); and ii) awful design and UX - guys you should definitively freshen it up! Sign-on via passcode, adoption of Liquid Glass and generally more modern and intuitive UX are not difficult to get in the era of AI. Moving LPs to the Carta platform could be nice solution btw

I am new to this app and was looking for investment opportunities and everytime I click on something, the pages blanks out and it takes me back to signing in page again.
