### 2/5 — Pricey

*2026-08-25, version 2026.8.2*

The fact you can only pay annually is a joke not everyone can afford to pay the full amount upfront!

### 1/5 — App sucks

*2026-08-14, version 2026.8.1*

Most unorganized way to view and send messages I hate it. If my stupid ex didn’t make the court make us have this app to communicate or never give them another dime

### 1/5 — Freezing and dropping calls

*2026-08-13, version 2026.8.1*

I have to give this app a 1 star rating. At first it was working wonderfully. About a month ago the app started to not hold calls for longer than a minute and the app is frequently freezing to where I have to close the app and reopen it. I am frequently repeating tasks and messages because of the freezing. I am being charged for these phone calls, and I am not able to keep a call going for longer than 2 minutes. With what is charged yearly for this app, it should be as smooth as butter.

### 1/5 — Makes it harder than to coparent

*2026-08-12, version 2026.8.1*

The app does nothing but make it harder to communicate and requires you to pay money to make it harder to communicate. I completely advise against using it or considering it. It’s been by far the worst thing for coparenting And R coparenting relationship ever to be used

### 3/5 — It’s Ok

*2026-08-12, version 2026.8.1*

I like that there is records that can be used in court if need be but the calendar is hard to navigate sometimes.

### 1/5 — Beware

*2026-08-11, version 2026.8.1*

What they don’t warn you about before you use this app is that if you sign up you can never delete the app or the content because they will require you to get consent from the coparenting and if , like many people who got a divorce, the coparent is not fully cooperative, then you are hostage to the app holding your data and unable to escape from your it

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-08-06, version 2026.7.2*

Terrible format hard to use extremely frustrating hard to navigate not user friendly especially for someone who doesn’t know technology

### 2/5 — Constant issues

*2026-08-04, version 2026.7.2*

I used to have an iPhone 15 and suffered from constant lag, force closing, and constant freezing during video calls. I upgraded to an iPhone 17 because they said iOS 26 on iPhone 15 was the problem. It was OK for a while, but now I’m back to all the same issues. I can’t reply to messages without having to force close the app. Every phone call we have, it’s frozen more than it’s active. The video freezes, but the audio is continuous. My signal is typically very good with 300 GB download speed. There’s no excuse for having an app with a cost of $150 annually with such poor performance.

### 1/5 — It’s no better than…

*2026-08-04, version 2026.7.2*

… a proprietary calendar and text/email. And Way over priced. I have no problem using it, us having been ordered to use, but it does not save time nor is it easier. It also crashes and my phone is 16 pro max with current iOS.Great lobbying job OFW to get this gig.

### 1/5 — Bad irony - unwanted expense

*2026-08-03, version 2026.7.2*

Ex wife was verbally abusive for decades and now I’m forced to use a clunky email system that turns red with every keystroke. Costs my family $300/yr to have Karen cced in every email? App is slow, clunky, glitchy, expensive and redundant. Nobody should be forced to buy this when they can use email instead. Does not help build an amicable future to be forced into unwanted expenses. A newly single parent needs to reduce subscription services, not increase them. 👎👎

### 1/5 — POORLY

*2026-08-03, version 2026.7.2*

I downloaded this app because it was recommended from court but we decided we didn’t need it after all. I canceled my subscription AND tried to delete it but it won’t let me delete it until I pay $149 when I didn’t even use it. I requested it to be deleted twice and nothing. Now, my App Store won’t let me download any new apps due failed payment to them. I keep contacting them but no response even though they say they reply in less the 24 hours.

### 1/5 — Terrible messaging

*2026-07-31, version 2026.7.2*

How in the world does this app have this many starts ? It is cumbersome and flawed - it is not obvious in any way when a new message has been sent to you -ie there isn’t an indicator on the icon like so many other apps like WhatsApp and iPhone messaging- and on top of it - when you do go to the “unread messages folder” none of the new unread messages appear - if you’re gonna charge this
Much $ for an app like this at least make it functional! This is awful

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-07-30, version 2026.7.2*

This is a horrible app for keeping messages in order. Every sent or received message gets separated randomly. There’s no explanation. And when I asked the support team nothing. The usually bs

### 1/5 — Garbage app

*2026-07-29, version 2026.7.2*

Horrible app.

### 1/5 — Dictating

*2026-07-28, version 2026.7.2*

This app is terrible. Can’t even be blunt without the chat AI flagging it as negative. How are we supposed to communicate and tell each other what’s going on.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Extortionists

*2026-08-27, version 2026.8.2*

These people extort families by forcing them to use their app through government contracts with family court. We don’t have a choice but to give this company a combined $600 annually to use them. The app is buggy, it crashes constantly, who knows what they’re doing with the video recordings of our children. We don’t have a say in it. These people are disgusting and no better than Flock.

### 1/5 — Good program but need more repeat options. By weeks of month, like 1st week and 3rd week.

*2026-08-26, version 2026.8.2*

My schedule is 1st weekend and 3rd weekends of month. Then every month that has a 5 weekend we alternate visits.

I have to manually put in every month.
Please add this option and it will help greatly. I want to keep using this app but I’ll need to get a different app if this can’t be added.

Please add this and I’ll change to 5 star review.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-26, version 2026.8.2*

This company has an extremely unethical refund policy that takes advantage of people. My coparent cancelled her subscription without telling me, leaving me with a 1 year subscription to a useless platform. OFW refused to refund my subscription even though I requested it very quickly after it auto renewed and after explaining what happened. Be very cautious. Avoid this company if you can. If you’re court ordered to use it - good luck.

### 1/5 — No support

*2026-08-26, version 2026.8.2*

No existing support no one is there to respond on Tuesday and weednesday.. no phone to call no one responds to emails except bots

### 1/5 — Faulty app

*2026-08-21, version 2026.8.1*

App does not work.

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2026-08-21, version 2026.8.1*

Calendar is awful!

### 1/5 — Don’t renewal subscription

*2026-08-20, version 2026.8.1*

Do not bother renewing subscription, they will not refund it once you renewal it. I just lost money for an app that I’m not even using.

### 1/5 — SOCIAL MEDIAL PROFILE CONNECTION

*2026-08-19, version 2026.8.1*

THIRD PARTY VIOLATIONS
The capability of the other party to use a social media profile such as Twitter and being able to add the other parents information without their consent is a glitch in this app which should be fixed. I have reported the many instances of negligence this app allows to take place with customer support. My information was added by the other parent to the address book and my information was compromised. This app allowed the other parent to gain access to my private photos as well. A complaint has been put in with evidence to show and to date there has been no action to change this.

### 1/5 — The APP SUGGESTIONS!?!

*2026-08-17, version 2026.8.1*

Let’s talk about it. The app uses suggestions as another way to keep the messages positive however, if the other parent that is negative, doesn’t use suggestions, the messages that they type will go through regardless if they are negative disrespectful or even if it’s threats. The app needs to restrict and block those type of messages from being sent. This app could be better with those types of restrictions.

### 1/5 — Hellscape

*2026-08-15, version 2026.8.1*

Stay away at all costs and DO NOT allow anyone to force you into using this platform. It has been the absolute bane of my existence and been the primary cause for conflict in co-parenting. It allows for harassment and manipulation in a closed door setting so that one party can feel safe enough to incessantly message and change schedules on the other party. Stay away at all costs.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Dark Mode Please

*2026-08-10, version 2026.8.1*

Is there any chance the developers can add dark mode? Thanks.

### 5/5 — Communication Clarity

*2026-08-09, version 2026.7.2*

Our Family Wizard has been de escalating in a way I didn’t expect. Before, communication happened over WhatsApp, and every message came with a wave of uncertainty about what might land next, what tone it would carry, what it might turn into. Now everything sits in one documented, structured space, and that alone has changed the emotional weight of every exchange.

It strips away the
static and leaves what actually matters: the kids.

Messages stay factual, focused, and calm, and that shift has given me back a clarity I didn’t realise I’d lost.

Instead of bracing for the next unpredictable message, I know what to expect, and I can respond from a grounded place rather than a reactive one

### 5/5 — Mike

*2026-08-05, version 2026.7.2*

Amazing customer service!

### 5/5 — OurFamilyWizard App

*2026-07-30, version 2026.7.2*

Has helped me communicate with my Ex Wife for over 8 years now. It is worth the extra money and effort. It was recommended by my divorce attorney who knew what I was dealing with. Communication can’t be altered deleted or erased. It keeps both sides honest and can be court monitored. A must for some families who need to be informed and accountable.

### 5/5 — New Layout

*2026-07-29, version 2026.7.2*

The new layout is terrible!

### 5/5 — Good for what is needed

*2026-07-25, version 2026.7.2*

It’s effective for its purpose. It simplifies organizing everything. I’d change it to allow connecting the personal calendar as well as just using the calendar feature in general, without sharing it with the other parent if you choose not to share that feature. Also, to make it easier to view expense reports in various ways with different criteria.

### 5/5 — Court ordered

*2026-07-18, version 2026.7.1*

Yep

### 5/5 — Far better than TalkingParents

*2026-07-09, version 2026.7.1*

Much better than TalkingParents. More intuitive easier to track and only a single platform. TalkingParents advertises free but isn’t. It’s a pre-30 day trial only..

### 5/5 — Wonderful app

*2026-06-14, version 2026.6.2*

This app is wonderful and provides everything I need to have interactions with my ex-spouse. There are many features including messaging, phone calls, line item expenses that I can define myself and message search functions by keywords. All of the available features have made things very helpful for me and allowed me to manage my co-parenting relationship successfully.

### 5/5 — Problem

*2026-06-13, version 2026.6.2*

Every now and then a thing pops up saying no internet connection when I’m fully connected
