I’ve had 2 real estates that have tried this company and website and what a huge Faliure. As a landlord I’ve experienced delays with receiving payments, payments getting stuck in the system, payments lost in the system. No one ever wants to help with this company resolve the issues absolute waste of time and money!

This app is fairly useless. Difficult to navigate and when writing it doesn’t let you see what you’ve written as you type so not user friendly at all.

This is one of the worse APP/website I have used. Can’t retrieve any history further back, takes ages to load. Very unclear while I have maintenance items pending it’s not listed under maintenance I browse around and found it listed under “all
Jobs”. It’s weird and not easy to use whatsoever. I am sorry but this APP is not convincing

Why do I get kitten advertisements?
. This system is not good, in fact the only thing good about Century 21 is Bree. I am really unhappy with the way your staff have treated me today. $80 odd dollars a month for what?  Do I put my feelings on Facebook?

I keep receiving messages and emails about jobs completed but those jobs are no longer available in the app.

Lease page includes pdf of current lease indicating rent at $530 per week. Property page and all financial data shows current rent $500 per week. Agent is using this and it’s ancillary functions, not actual lease info, as basis to collect and reconcile rents. Thus tenants shown as paid up but are actually in arrears and landlord I’d not being provided entitled payments and inaccurate reconciliation. Thus the system is not fit for intended purpose.
