This is so easy. Log your shot, water and food. Track your protein, fiber and calories. Take a picture of your plate, scan a package barcode or just search with text or voice. This will really help you stay on track to a healthy lifestyle. I’ve tried and failed so many trackers before this. I’m being consistent on this one.
