I literally have a brand new one in my drawer that I could only use for like a month before it started tweaking. I don’t understand why it’s blocking apps that I mostly need that aren’t necessarily needed to be blocked. I can’t use ANYTHING now since most of my apps are now blocked. ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2026-06-29, version 8.15.1* Whenever my lock my phone, this hide all my apps. When i can use my phone again, all the app out of order. It’s fking annoying. Even worse when i try to rearrange my apps, the system smtimes kicks me out and i have to do all again when get in. Another problem is that i cant place widgets if i use the “system to order” fking useless . There’s time some apps being hide smtime log out my acc, and i have log bck in every single time. The WORST part is “Notes”. My mom didnt not unlock that app and everything is disappeared. I had important things written in there and theyre just gone. My parents can control what apps I can have and what I can’t have. If you feel like your parents are strict outside of your phone this will be the cherry on the cake of annoying and controlling. This app is the most annoying sight every time I open my phone. It’s insane that this app can do so much damage to a phone, but once you get this your phone is basically just a screen with nothing to do. Why have a phone at that point. ### 3/5 — Can Block Every App *2026-05-28, version 8.14.0* The actual screen time thing itself works and is fine, but I despise how parents have the ability to block apps like messages. I’m not sure if they’re able to block the Call app, (oh God I hope not), but assuming you can, most parents (including mine) get their child a phone for one primary reason: SAFETY. I’m sure you could still theoretically emergency call, but most kids don’t know their parents actual numbers! And yes, I know parents don’t have to block basic apps like that (thank God mine don’t), but I’m sure some parents might want to if they don’t want their kid texting/calling their friends all the time. No matter how many restarts and shutdowns to my ipad i STILL cannot get that one app unrestricted. And if you get frustrated with the app and delete it, EVERYTHING DISSAPEARS. She was being mean to me and started hitting me so I blocked her from using her Apple Watch iPad and phone. She grabbed the apple shredder from the kitchen and told me this is now the human shredder. I don’t know what she meant by that, but I thought it was good so she went up to her room and found a new hobby. It is now pouring ketchup all over the room I think because I see it leaking out from under the door. She hasn’t come out for two days now, but that’s OK she locked the Door, because she is doing something she likes to do I think .parents, you need to get this my daughter is doing great!!,(I believe.) ### 5/5 — please don't do this to your kid *2026-04-19, version 8.14.0* I struggle with my mental health and no matter how many times i told her it wasnt my mum thought my phone was the problem so she downloaded this app on my phone. it created aurguments between me and my mum and it just made my mental health worse to be honest but she wont listen when i tell her that. the play/pause thing doesnt work so my mum just does it manually and she forgets most of the time. also when she downloaded it on my phone she didnt tell me what it was so when it did download everything on my phone dissapeared and whenever i want to download an app i have to wait for it to notify the app which takes like a day so i have to wait until the next day to get the app. if you are a parent reading this please dont do this to your child it no joke ruined my life and if you are a child reading this dont let your parent get this and show them this review ### 5/5 — Some things.. *2026-01-01, version 8.13.0* So I used this until I realized how it affects the phone and has some bugs in it. If I decide to turn off an app such as messages, all the texts my kid would get when turned off would be deleted. it also caused their messages to go green which they weren’t very happy about.
