I love being able to get in touch with my coworkers easily, all in one place. I don’t like having to text them all or use archaic forms of communication to keep in touch and get coverage. Latest patch increased the speed of the app exponentially and I’m really looking forward to what’s to come. I work in the healthcare system and find the secure messaging ability useful - saves on using WhatsApp and gives us more control over messages. Will continue using. Great app! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Money hungry *2024-03-21, version v4.58.0* Unfortunately there are a lot of free apps that do almost everything this app can do, unfortunately when we tried to cancel our membership due to financial constraints, I had missed the cancellation window of 90days. I atleast had hope that maybe they’d only charge me for two months of service but instead they charged us for a whole year. The per user charge is a bit archaic- dated , so as we grow this service becomes to expensive. The best to ing about this company is that they do have personal developers to help you build what you need, but unfortunately they get greedy and can’t adjust a subscription charge. System so slow when open after seeing notification on screen but on app nothing there yet ### 1/5 — Great concept, terrible in action *2018-12-13, version 3.17.3* I work for two companies (as a yoga instructor) that use this app. It takes, without exaggeration, about 5 minutes to load the app, once in there are so many screen freezes, crashes and glitches. And switching between the two different companies on the app is painful, it takes at least 5 minutes and that’s if it doesn’t crash! Far from ideal when you are trying to get quick responses for cover classes! Developers please fix this app as it is awful! ### 1/5 — Time consuming and complicated *2018-12-13, version 3.17.3* Have to use this for my work places and hate it. Complicated system , time consuming , slow loading especially when being used by several companies , cards for cover requests pile up and can’t just be deleted in one go even when already assigned . Currently constantly having around 300 cards open which half of are already assigned elsewhere or aren’t relevant. No option to opt out of certain days or times to avoid cards piling up. If I were to check the app every day to clear the cards I’d have to take an extra 30 min each day to just swipe cards away. You are unable to easily change your name, giving yourself a nickname. You can’t even give yourself a profile or profile picture. This lacks the connection between people. I can’t tag people in group text so they know I’m talking to them. I know it’s simple, but you can’t like someone’s comment to acknowledge it. And pictures do not automatically load, you have to click and download them. An update to these items would take it to 5 star. ### 3/5 — Missing bits and bobs *2018-12-18, version 3.17.3* The app is not as slow as it was but now I’ve deleted twice and still I’m not an admin and I can’t look for cover for my shifts. I’m not entirely sure why it does that and it seems to be only my problem, that’s not good enough though! Any suggestions are more than welcome! Also there isn’t a way to divide the cards of shifts that have been assigned and shifts that are not relevant to me at all!
