It’s acceptable for the most part however now I when I open the app I get a pop up demanding that I review and accept the new privacy terms to continue using the app. However there is no way to review the terms - we are forced to accept terms and are unable to review the actual document. Note to developer - if you are going to force something like this provide a link or a way for users to read the document we are being demanded to agree to. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2026-01-01, version 1.5.9* Very Slow and laggy. I try to upload pictures and it sends me to the login menu. I tried every means to help, still nothing improved. I deleted the App and installed again, or restarted or reset again. The screen showed nothing, but it is in blue color. Hope someone can help and tell me how to fix it. For some reason it requires us to enter a password after not needing it for years. Unfortunately we do not have the password as the device was set up for us by the person who gave us the device as a gift. It had a some beautiful pictures o it she had taken and I am heartsick. Seeing my pictures when I walk by my frame would help me so much. I submitted a help ticket weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back. Have had frame in the box for over a year but just decided to open it and set it up. Expected frustrations and problems but none at all. Only took about 15 minutes from start to finish and I’m now enjoying all my favorite photos from my phone. A pleasant experience indeed! ### 5/5 — User error? *2023-12-07* I’m shocked at all the low reviews. When I saw them, I almost returned it before even turning it on. But I decided to try and it was surprisingly easy. I connected to the ID and just started sending photos from my phone. You can only send 50 at a time which is a bit tedious but in a couple days, I’ve managed to send about 1000 photos and it’s working great. No issues at all. Only had it a couple days but it seems like the low ratings are mostly or all related to set up, not longevity or durability.
