## What is OurRound?

OurRound is a drink counter and tab for the table: a drink log, tab tracker and tally sheet in one. One phone, one tap per drink, and at the end of the night everyone knows what they had and what they owe.

HOW IT WORKS
• Type the names of everyone at the table. Names from your last list are suggested, so your regular group is ready in seconds.
• Every person gets a large tile. Tap a tile and they get one mark for the selected drink, shown as a classic tally (IIII).
• The drink bar lists beer, wine, soft drink, water and coffee, plus any drinks you add yourself.
• Press and hold a tile to pick a different drink for just that mark.
• Tapped the wrong person? Undo is right there for a few seconds, and corrections stay traceable.
• Up to 40 people per list. Tiles stay in the order you entered them and are never sorted by amount.

SETTLE UP
• Add prices whenever you like, even after counting. The first price for a drink also applies to earlier marks without a price.
• Choose the currency of the list (14 currencies, including USD, CAD, MXN and EUR) and an optional tip of 5, 10 or 15 percent, split by what each person had.
• See the amount per person and the total, then check off payments as they come in: paid in full, partial payment, or a reversal shown as a visible counter-entry.
• Share the tab as text with your group.
• OurRound only does the math. Payments happen outside the app, for example in cash or by bank transfer.

ALSO A COFFEE FUND
Keep a list open for weeks: the office coffee, the club kiosk, the shared fridge at home. Add marks as they come, settle up whenever it suits you and check off who has paid. Closed lists move to your history.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SIGN-UP
• Start right away. OurRound has no account and no login.
• Your lists, names, prices and payments stay on your phone.
• Counting and settling up work without an internet connection.
• Back up all your data to a file encrypted with your own password (at least 12 characters) and restore it on a new device.
• Save participant lists, for example for your weekly poker night, and reuse the names for new lists.

FAIR AND NEUTRAL
OurRound counts and nothing else. There are no rankings, no winners and no drinking games. Water and coffee count exactly like beer, and nobody is highlighted for having more.

OURROUND PRO
Counting, one open list, the settle-up view, payments, participant lists, backups and your last five lists are free to use. Your first list with prices and sharing is a Pro trial list, so you can try a complete settle-up without buying anything.
OurRound Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and unlocks:
• prices, tip and sharing in every list
• several open lists at once, such as a night out and the office coffee fund
• your full history and statistics across lists
• export of lists and statistics as CSV or PDF
• extra designs and photos for your own drinks

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-10-28

OurRound has been rebuilt as a drink counter and tab for the table. Tap a name to add a mark, add prices whenever you like and see what everyone owes, including tip and payments. Keep a list open for weeks as a coffee fund. No account needed: your lists stay on your phone. Sign-in, connected groups, push notifications and the BAC estimate have been removed. Existing Pro purchases stay valid and can be restored in Settings.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-24

Version 1.4 makes the one-time Pro purchase and restore more robust, including already-owned purchases, delayed store confirmation and device changes. Account deletion and error guidance are clearer, and language support is now complete. Local rounds, history and backups remain available without an account.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-05

New: an optional private BAC estimate based on your profile and only your own entries. The encrypted profile and result stay on your device. The display is only a rough model range, not a measurement or guarantee and never an assessment of fitness to drive. Active rounds are also easier to scan, long names stay readable, and “One more” is clearly separated from choosing a different drink.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-29

No release notes.
