I order but haven’t received my order which was already paid almost two months , I Try to call and messaging customer service like many times but nobody responded. My order was around 2k dirham and they just take the money and thats all. They should shutdown this shopping site. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I went to their application to buy a item and they charge alot for delivery. So I have chosen delivery by cash from instagram. They said the item is free shipping and obviously I will choose the free delivery. They take the order very late and deliver it very late plus while delivering the item, they don’t have change when you buy it with cash. It simply will not allow the user to input their address. Sanabis in Bahrain doesn't exist apparently! Im not going to do orders, as will the purchases arrive in my place in Sanabis?
