Doesn’t support Macquarie Bank tenant users - support had to be provided 4 times to understand the problem & still didn’t get it - should be a fed free option but because their system conflicts with Macquarie Bank security measures it’s a really complicated & painful work around for tenant & agent

I entered a maintenance request which was accepted. Now the app won’t open at all

Average navigational app, with nothing special to offer, other than many many notifications from the Real estate end, regarding rent payments and water payments. 
The user cannot reduce these notifications.
I get 3x mail reminders of rent due payment then another confirming payment,  AND SMS reminders within minutes of the initial reminder.. 
i understand some people need these reminders, but we should be able to reduce the frequency.

Being an ex inspector of licensed premises I took notice of the property from the mailbox box onwards.
 As I am not aware where the egress/ exit to the rear of the dwelling was located, or in fact if I could have gained access,
the rear of the dwelling was not sighted.
I have taken a number of photographs detailing the damaged carpets, wall blemishes, damaged door frames , etc.
I will forward them ( when I find out how to go about this matter)

App crashes the second it opens. Is anyone going to fix it? Real estates expect us to use it for maintenance and other things, but it doesn’t work.

Please be advised that Kiri Halford is no longer on the lease as she has moved out…
Ngawai Tai Rakena is now to go on new lease as from 17/4/24 but it has as yet not being amended 
Kiri has submitted her vacating 31/Redwood Ave Hampton park some time back to the property manager.
Ngawai Tai Rakena was asked to submit her I.D. In which she has done as well

UI is totally broken, nothing is intuitive, you create a repair ticket and can find it back. Thinking that people pay for that is terrible
