## What is Outbound?

Say what you've always wanted to say.
Pick anyone — Mom, an old friend, an ex, someone who's gone, future you — add their name and face, and write to them like a message.

It reaches no one, and no one answers — not a person, not AI. Talking to one person is free and stays free.

• Add someone: a name, a photo.
• Write when you want to — words, and a photo if you like.
• That's all there is.

No replies. No "delivered", no "read". No streaks, no reminders, no mood check-ins.

What you write stays on this phone. No account, no server, nothing to sign up for. Only what the store needs for a purchase, and a check for a newer version, ever leave it. Nothing is uploaded, so if the phone is lost or replaced, what you wrote is gone.

One purchase lets you talk to up to 10 people — a single payment, not a subscription, nothing that renews.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.8 — 2026-11-03

A new first screen: pick who you want to talk to — Mom, Dad, Grandma, My love, Friend, Future me — and their room opens right away, with a first line ready to send. Each of them gets a small clay picture until you add a photo.

### 1.1.6 — 2026-11-02

The third dream on the opening screen is now about love: "With the one I dreamed of — happy every day." The opening screen also has a softer, warmer look.

### 1.1.5 — 2026-10-26

Outbound now opens with Future me: tell the future you how it went, as if it's already done — scripting, but face to face. The first screen shows how, in three steps. You can still talk to anyone you miss, and talking to one person is still free.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-10-19

The button is now called Send. The writing field calls the person by name, and one line under it says what's true: what you write stays on this phone. Outbound is now also in Filipino, Malay and Ukrainian.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-14

Outbound now lets you know when a new version is available.
